Pastor Felix Rosales

President

Pastor Felix is a graduate of the Nicaraguan International Institute. There he earned his bachelor degree in Theology. He completed his Master of Divinity at George Fox Evangelical Seminary in 1999, with a focus in Urban Ministries.  Felix lives with his wife, Edith, in Vancouver, WA.

Pastor Matt Hilgaertner 

Vice-President

Pastor Matt earned a B.A. in Math & Secondary Education at Whitworth University.  He served as a Peace Corps high school teacher for two years in the West Indies.  Then he earned an M.Div. at Princeton Seminary in 1996, with a focus on missional theology.  He is now an ordained Presbyterian pastor with ECO-Pres.org.  Matt lives with his wife, Kris, and their sons in Tigard, OR.

Shirley Fernandez 

Secretary

Shirley has been a school bus driver for 34 years.  She has been a leader in the Hispanic community for 15 years and is currently serving as an Administrator for the youth group at her church.   Shirley lives with her husband, Lalo, in Vancouver, WA.

William Palma, Jr.

Treasurer

William was born in Managua, Nicaragua. He received his BA from WSU Vancouver and runs a small import/export business. He lives in Camas, WA with his wife, his sons, and his daughter.

Otoniel received a BBA from the University of Phoenix and is currently working as a senior account manager.
