About us

Our mission

The challenges our Hispanic community in the Northwest and the nation face are many.

Hispanic Ministries Northwest exists to develop leaders and create resilient families with a solid spiritual foundation able to face these great challenges.

With God's help, we hope to transform these challenges into great opportunities to better serve God, our neighbors, our communities, and our nation.

Over 30 years of service

Hispanic Ministries was founded in 1991 by Pastor Felix Rosales. Pastor Felix is well respected for his experience working with Hispanic leaders. He has a vision and a responsibility for Christian leadership within the community. Every year, Pastor Felix has the opportunity to talk to and teach hundreds of Hispanic leaders. His passion is the formation of new Christian leaders who will be the future leaders of our community. His involvement and leadership in the community and many different social programs are well known and regarded here in the U.S.A. and various Latin American countries.

Pastor Felix’s biggest blessing and supporter is his wife Edith. Edith manages all of the administrative duties of Hispanic Ministries and visits the Hispanic Educational Center extensions. God has blessed Pastor Felix and Edith with two sons, Otoniel and Jasiel, and three grandchildren, Kaydreona de la Paz, Yvette Michelle, and Alonso Emilio.
