Pastor Felix is the founder of International Hispanic Ministries, and is a graduate of the Nicaraguan International Institute. There he earned his bachelor degree in Theology. He completed his Master of Divinity at George Fox Evangelical Seminary in 1999, with a focus in Urban Ministries. Felix and his wife, Edith, in Vancouver, WA.
Rev. Matt Hilgaertner

Pastor Matt earned a B.A. in Math from Whitworth University and an M.Div. from Princeton Seminary. He served as a Peace Corps math teacher in St. Vincent, West Indies. Matt was ordained as a Presbyterian pastor in 1997 and is a member of ECO-Pres. He has been a pastor in Peachtree City, GA, Lake Oswego, OR, and Portland, OR. He currently serves as the Stated Supply Pastor of Parkdale Community Church (EPC) near Mount Hood. Matt and his wife Kris have two grown sons and live in Tigard, OR.
Secretary
Shirley Fernandez has been a Vancouver school district bus driver for over 34 years. She has been a leader in the Hispanic community for 15+ years and is currently serving as an Administrator for the youth group at her church. Shirley and her husband Lalo live in Vancouver, WA.
Treasurer
William Palma, Jr. was born in Managua, Nicaragua. He received his BA in Business Administration from WSU Vancouver and currently runs a small import/export business for machinery and parts. William and his wife Elizabeth have three sons (William, Roberto and Brandon) and a daughter (Kaitlin), and live in Camus, WA.

Arturo Garza is originally from Monterrey, Mexico. He is a business and author focused on creative education for children. He is married, a father, and attends River's Edge Church, where he continues to grow in faith and service. Arturo and his wife jacqueline live in Vancouver, WA.
